Owner / Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Shana has served as the primary medical provider for the Foley community since 2022, when Integracare Clinics took over The Foley Medical Center. An Advanced Nurse Practitioner, she brings nearly two decades of experience as a Registered Nurse across a wide range of settings, including critical access hospitals, Indian Health Service facilities, and Level One Trauma Centers, with the majority of her career rooted in emergency medicine. Before transitioning to her NP role, Shana spent six years leading a dedicated SANE nurse team and forensic nursing program in central Minnesota. After earning her Nurse Practitioner degree and board certification, she joined Integracare Clinics and was entrusted with launching and leading the Foley location when it opened. Shana has a deep passion for rural medicine and is committed to bringing quality resources and education to the communities she serves. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as the City of Foley Medical Director and holds seats on several community boards.
