The Heart of True North

Shana, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, leads True North Family Clinic with nearly two decades of nursing experience spanning emergency medicine, critical access hospitals, Indian Health Service facilities, and Level One Trauma Centers. She also spent six years leading a specialized forensic SANE nurse team in central Minnesota. As the current City of Foley Medical Director, Shana is passionate about rural medicine and dedicated to bringing quality care and resources directly to the community.

Dan, a full-time City of St. Cloud police officer, shares that same heart for people and public service both on and off the job. Together they are raising four children and are deeply invested in the community they call home.
